In the coming season, children who go on vacation to the Artek summer camp in Crimea will receive uniforms from Bosco. The company of GUM owner Mikhail Kusnirovich won the corresponding government contract for 142 million rubles.
Both sewing and washing
Mikhail Kusnirovich's Bosco Sports Goods company won the tender for the supply of uniforms for children vacationing at the Artek camp. Information about this is published on the government procurement website. The contract was signed on April 14, 2015, valid from May 29 to December 31, 2015. According to its terms, costumes for Artek residents will cost the budget 142 million rubles. FSBI MDC Artek will first pay the Bosco group an advance of 20% (28.4 million rubles) of the contract price, and the remaining amount in nine equal payments throughout the year.
This year, about 20 thousand children will visit the camp, for each child for ten shifts (21 days each) from April 26 to mid-January 2016, Bosco will have to provide a set of clothes, and if the child participates in the “Naval Flotilla” club, two in sets. In addition, Bosco will supply bed linen and towels to the famous children's camp. The project capacity of the international children's center "Artek" is 35-40 thousand children per year.
Artek, an international children's center with a 90-year history, is located on an area larger than the area of the Principality of Monaco, 220 hectares. The park area occupies 102 hectares, there is 7 km of coastline, autonomous infrastructure with its own water and energy supply, as well as a sewerage system. There are nine camps in the Artek MDC - “Morskoy”, “Yantarny”, “Khrustalny”, “Lazurny”, “Ozerny”, “Lesnoy”, “Rechnoy”, “Polevoy”, “Kiparisny”. After nationalization, Artek, by decision of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, was transferred to federal ownership; now it belongs to the Ministry of Education and Science. Before this, the facility was under the jurisdiction of the State Administration

Bosco representative Oleg Rudakov confirmed to RBC that the company,
part of the group, won the tender, but from the affairs of Ukraine.
According to the agreement, Bosco does not sell clothes, but provides them for temporary use. Washing, ironing and sanitizing services are the responsibility of the government contractor, as follows from the documents on the government procurement website. The supplier will have to organize a system for automated accounting and control of the movement of textile products using a bar code or tag.
As Alexey Kasprzhak, general director of Artek, explained to RBC, the uniform that children used in past years was not updated for a long time due to lack of funding. Some things are about ten years old and should have been written off long ago. The new management even discussed abandoning the uniform, but then changed their mind. “A trip to Artek is an encouragement for children; I would like them to stand out not because of their appearance, but to compete with their heads and ideas,” explains Kasprzak. It was decided to keep the uniform, but remove it from the balance sheet - therefore, Artek receives all the kits from Bosco for temporary use, Kasprzhak explained: “This allows us to avoid operating costs. The educational center should not do laundry, washing or mending. Previously, everything was on the balance sheet of Artek; for example, it maintained its own utility plant.”
Peak caps for excellent students
There has always been a uniform in the Artek camp: for example, in the 1970s, Artek campers of both sexes were given a set of shorts, a shirt, a belt, a tie, a cap and a light windbreaker for the summer shift; there was also a festive version of the shirt.
Boys and girls who will go to Artek in the summer of 2015 will have different sets of clothes - in addition to shorts, T-shirts and unisex shirts with chevrons and embroidered logos of the camp and squad, there will be dresses and knee-length skirts. Children will receive water-resistant jackets, sweatshirts and belts. For children from the Marine Flotilla club, an additional set will be prepared, including a vest and a cap. The color scheme of clothing will be different depending on which camp the child is in. The uniform will be sewn in a size range from size 34 to size 56.
Bosco will have to provide mattress covers, bedding sets, fleece blankets and jacquard bedspreads, as well as a set of towels, including beach towels.
Alexey Kasprzhak found it difficult to name previous suppliers and the cost of their goods. Today, a set for one child will cost 7-9 thousand rubles.
Earlier, the head of the department of affairs of the Artek MDC, Alexander Piminov, said that out of 19.3 thousand vouchers that will be issued this year, only about 1 thousand will be commercial. Their price has not been finalized, but it is known that it will not exceed 65 thousand rubles. There is no information on prices at Artek in the coming season on the websites of travel companies specializing in children's holidays. One of these resources explains that there will be no sales of vouchers on a commercial basis in 2015, since Artek operates within the framework of an approved state assignment. “Vouchers will be provided to children in accordance with the selection procedure... at the expense of subsidies from the federal budget and as an incentive for the successes achieved by the child in studies, creativity, sports and other socially useful activities,” the message emphasizes.
Artek will still try to earn money on its own; for example, it is negotiating with Bosco to sell Artek uniforms in its stores for a royalty, says Kasprzak. In the future, he said, the number of suppliers may increase.
Previously, Bosco entered into government contracts for the supply of uniforms to Sochi police officers and volunteers before the 2014 Olympic Games. The cost of uniforms for police officers amounted to 265 million rubles, the tender was carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Another 49 million rubles. Kusnirovich’s company was paid by the administration of the Krasnodar region for uniforms for Sochi Games volunteers.
The Bosco di Ciliegi group owns the Vesna shopping center on Novy Arbat and more than 100 mono-brand luxury boutiques - D&G, Etro, Hugo Boss, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo, Pal Zileri, etc. The company is also developing a chain of Bosco Sport stores. Revenue and profit for the entire group are not disclosed. Forbes estimated Kusnirovich's personal wealth in 2015 at $500 million (163rd place in the list of the richest Russians).

On April 15, the GUM showroom turned into the legendary “Artek” - the cherished dream of every child. The podium was surrounded by the famous Crimean cypress trees, the endless blue sea and mountains. Guests and participants of the show plunged into the world of the children's “kingdom” and felt the atmosphere of this special world, where loyal friendship and a thirst for adventure reign.

"Artek" is not just the largest and most famous children's center in the world. This is one of the most recognizable Soviet brands with its long history, unique traditions and an atmosphere of happy childhood. Literally from the day of its foundation in 1925, the children's republic on the Crimean shore of the Black Sea became the dream of all Soviet children, and a year later Artek welcomed its first international group. The 80 first Artek residents lived near the sea, in four tarpaulin tents, and today Artek receives more than 30,000 children a year!

The form is one of the oldest Artek traditions. She was born together with Artek itself and became a symbol of unification, cohesion, and a large Artek family.

In 2015, Artek turned 90 years old; one of the gifts for the anniversary was a new uniform developed by Bosco di Ciliegi - for each of the nine camps in individual colors with the symbols of the camp. Only the summer set of clothes includes about a dozen items. Children receive a dress uniform - dark blue trousers for boys or skirts for girls with a smart colored shirt, as well as a casual uniform - beige shorts and a polo shirt in the camp's signature color. In addition, the set of a real Artek resident includes a backpack, a sweatshirt, a windbreaker, a branded belt and a cap.

In GUM, a real performance unfolded before us, the scenario of which was exactly reminiscent of all the episodes of a children's trip to summer camp.

The show began with the farewell scene, an exciting moment for both parents and children. So many mixed feelings: awe of the new and unknown, anticipation of adventure and meeting new friends. And so - backpacks and suitcases are packed, instructions have been received from parents, just a little, and - the long-awaited meeting with “Artek”!

Forest, sea, azure and amber - all the recruits, as well as the spectators of the show, were divided into four squads, each of which had its own symbolism and color. Dozens of multi-colored cards in the hall rose up, supporting the performance of “their” squad.

Start exercising in the morning! "In a healthy body healthy mind". Little fashionistas, having fun playing imaginary football, tennis and badminton, demonstrated casual clothes on the catwalk.

Let's go camping! Bring backpacks and flashlights with you. Artek residents decided to conquer uncharted paths and explore nature and its inhabitants in comfortable and practical military-style outfits.

The shift at Artek is coming to an end. The most vivid impressions, experienced emotions, a sea of sun, smiles and laughter are behind us. Ahead lies a strong friendship with new acquaintances and a long-awaited meeting with parents. In the meantime, a farewell party and a fun disco. The young participants of the show showed off elegant dresses and clothes for a fiery dance party. The Estel stylist team was traditionally responsible for the hairstyles and the mischievous sparkle in the eyes at the show.

Throughout the entire show, the atmosphere of sunny summer and fun was maintained by the children's musical theater "Domisolka": the well-known "Song of Friends" based on the verses of S. Mikhalkov, a song from the movie "Adventures of Electronics", from the cartoon "In the Port", old Artek songs - not a single one The audience did not leave it unattended; they sang and danced along with pleasure.

In the Artek cafe on the bridge of GUM, guests and show participants were treated to a delicious afternoon snack - cheesecakes with cottage cheese, pies, sandwiches with cheese and sausage, and cottage cheese casserole. The guys were able to take an online tour of Artek, get acquainted with its history, and purchase branded products as souvenirs - caps, T-shirts, mugs and other souvenirs with the symbols of the camp.

Well, for those who dream of seeing the legendary camp with their own eyes, the competition “Why I want to go to Artek” is announced! Any child from 8 to 15 years old can take part in it and win a trip to the Artek International Children's Center! To do this, from April 15 to May 25, you need to write an essay in free form, bring it to the Children's GUM and give it to the counselor Lyudmila. The results will be summed up on May 30 and published on the website

Olesya Kozhina-Boslovyak: Amazing show! I was just not so long ago at Artek, where Igor Krutoy held a children’s “New Wave”. And today I again completely immersed myself in the atmosphere of this camp: children's chants, different groups - it was very real! In Artek, everything is really like this: the guys have the same uniform, caps, each squad has its own chants, its own symbols. Bosco is a real team of specialists, wonderful guys, real creators who were able to create a complete immersion in the atmosphere of Artek, I immediately wanted to go to Crimea in the summer. Thank you, it was very cool!

Alexey Nemov: I envy modern children who have the opportunity to visit Artek. This is a feeling that cannot be compared with anything: a lot of communication, something new every day, a collectivism of all kinds of ideas and opportunities. Here children reveal themselves in a completely different way. Today I thought about sending my youngest son to Artek - we will write and participate in the competition.

Clothes for real Artek residents were developed by the designers of BOSCO DI CILIEGI, the official outfitter of the Russian Olympic and Paralympic teams. The updated form of the legendary children's center, presented in Children's GUM, consists of formal and casual sets: T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, backpacks. Prices - from 1,000 rubles. Sizes - from 32 (5-6 years) to 56.

The special form was a long tradition of the famous Soviet children's center "Artek" - the dreams of all Soviet children. It appeared in 1925 along with the camp and became a symbol of the cohesion of the large Artek family. It all started with white shirts and shorts for boys and canvas dresses for girls. After the Great Patriotic War, preference began to be given to khaki uniforms, and the color of the shirts began to differ depending on the name of the camp: at Lazurny they were beige, at Morsky they were blue.

At the end of the 20th century, Artek residents already received several sets of clothes: formal, casual and sports. These were shirts and T-shirts, skirts and shorts, a sweater for winter shifts, a windbreaker, jeans and a sea green cap.
