RT continues to study the CIA archives, which contain 13 million pages of declassified documents. In addition to records of UFO sightings, documents from the Stargate project were discovered in the archives of the US Central Intelligence Agency. As part of this program, in the early 1970s, American intelligence officers, with the help of the legendary psychic Ingo Swann, tried to find out what was happening on the planet Jupiter.

In previous articles in the series, RT already talked about a trip to Mars, which CIA agents carried out with the help of a specialist in the field of “remote surveillance.” This term originated from Project Stargate, which was conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency in collaboration with the US Army. The project involved the use of people with paranormal abilities in the interests of national security. One of these specialists was the artist and parapsychologist Ingo Swann.

Artist, psychic and pioneer of remote viewing technology Ingo Swann

The 13-page document posted on the official CIA website tells about one of the sessions with Swann: Stargate project participant, engineer and author of the book “Fundamentals of Quantum Electronics” Harold Puthoff controls an experiment during which Swann, using the power of thought, finds himself on planet Jupiter. The document is dated April 27, 1973.

“In space to the right of this room I see Jupiter, many millions of miles away. I see how it glows with a dazzling light. I am sure that ordinary vision is not capable of seeing what I observe internally. I can look in all directions with my mind's eye. At first I see everything in miniature, and then everything grows larger,” Swann describes his feelings.

“A huge gaseous mass of different colors: yellow, red, ultraviolet, a little green - like a huge fireworks display. There must be chemical elements involved in these processes beyond my understanding. Something large and red is moving across the surface, followed by an even larger dark cloud... I see ice crystals. They hang in the atmosphere like trillions of silver needles, some near the surface,” Swann is quoted as saying later in the document.

The psychic also “saw” rings around Jupiter, however, according to him, not as noticeable as those of Saturn. Later, in 1979, the Voyager space probe confirmed the presence of the Jupiterian ring system, but the hypothesis about its existence was put forward by the Soviet astronomer Sergei Vsekhsvyatsky back in 1960. Swann's other claims have not been supported by research.

Swann's revelations impressed the CIA, and he, along with Harold Puthoff, became involved in the Stargate project. It was probably Swann who was the specialist who provided CIA agents with information about an ancient civilization on Mars. RT wrote about this in one of its previous articles.

The American Stargate project was launched in the 1970s after the CIA announced that the USSR was spending up to 60 million rubles a year on research in the field of psychotronics. This conclusion was made based on a book by two Canadian journalists, Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder, who visited the Soviet Union in the early 1970s. The authors continue to publish books on parapsychology to this day.

The organizers and participants of the Stargate project were located at Fort Meade in Maryland, they were led by Major General Albert Stubblebine and his assistant, Lieutenant Frederick Atwater. Both are former adherents of the New Age philosophical and religious movement. As a scientific director, the military brought in a physicist from the Stanford Research Institute, who was also a US naval intelligence reserve officer, to the project.

Almost three decades later, the CIA came to the conclusion that the Stargate program did not produce any significant results, and its leaders were suspected of adjusting data from various experiments to suit the assigned tasks. Among these leaders was Harold Puthoff, whose experiments yielded results only when Swann was the psychic on the project. Repeated attempts by CIA agents to obtain any truly useful intelligence information yielded no results, the conclusion said. However, Swann and Puthoff willingly shared with the agents observations of distant planets and civilizations lost in space and time.

It was later revealed that physicist Harold Puthoff, who by his own claims also had the gift of "remote viewing", acquired it after achieving the highest rank of enlightenment, OT VII, in the Church of Scientology. Ingo Swann, who was expelled from the American Association of Parapsychologists ASPR in 1972 for collaborating with Scientologists, was also a member of the church. A year later, under the leadership of Puthoff, he would become one of the leading psychics of the Stargate project.

Some intelligence experts argued that the actions of Puthoff and Swann were part of the so-called Operation White Snow, in which the Church of Scientology intended to infiltrate about 5 thousand of its agents into various government agencies, including the ranks of the US armed forces.

Still from the film “Crazy Special Forces” (“People Who Stare at Goats”), 2009.

British journalist Jon Ronson subsequently wrote a book about the project entitled “The men who stare at goats”, which was filmed twice - as a documentary and a feature film.

American artist of Scandinavian origin Ingo Swann became famous for being able to “see” objects located at a great distance from him. He managed to make exact copies of paintings that he had never seen in his life. In addition, he demonstrated amazing results in a series of scientific experiments on extrasensory perception.

Swann showed unusual abilities as a child. By the way, Ingo’s grandmother, a German by nationality, was known as a witch.

Sometimes the boy saw in reality some events taking place at a distance. For example, military actions (people fly on large birds, throw something down and there are explosions), natural disasters, horse racing. He often knew what this or that person would say.

Once Ingo had to undergo surgery to remove his tonsils. Having cut out the tonsils, the doctor put them in the bath and put them away. When the little patient woke up from anesthesia, he asked where the pieces that were cut out from him were. He was told that they had been thrown out. But the boy objected: “No, they are hidden in such and such a place.” The adults were surprised - after all, the child was under anesthesia the whole time.

Then Ingo said that he saw the whole operation... hovering under the ceiling. It is clear that his parents immediately severely reprimanded him for his inventions. Perhaps this was the reason for the rather skeptical attitude of the adult Swann towards people gifted with supernatural abilities. He believed that most of them were simply mentally unhealthy... For himself, his phenomenal gift was always just a way to earn money...

During the Cold War, the KGB and Soviet naval intelligence oversaw a series of experiments on telepathy and telekinesis. The sensitives were given the task of establishing two-way telepathic communication with submarines located at great depths. They dealt with it successfully.

In the early 1970s, two Canadian journalists, Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder, visited the Soviet Union. Returning home, they wrote a book, Psychic Revelations Behind the Iron Curtain, which described the latest Russian parapsychological developments. The publication alarmed Western security services: the alarm was that by having parapsychological weapons at its disposal, the USSR thereby gained a huge advantage in the field of defense.

The US government turned to Harold Puthoff, a renowned physicist at Stanford Research Institute who also held the rank of naval intelligence officer. With his help, a research plan in the field of extrasensory perception (ESP) was developed.

Soon Puthoff and his assistant Russell Targ recruited Ingo Swann to collaborate. As a test, Swann was asked to “see” the planet Jupiter with his inner vision, and then depict the vision on paper. Swann drew rings around the planet, although they were not yet known at the time. A little later, the Pioneer and Pioneer-10 satellites were launched into Jupiter orbit. When satellite photographs were compared with Swann's drawing, it turned out that the planet was indeed surrounded by gaseous rings.

Swann had to undergo many other tests, and in all experiments he demonstrated brilliant results. Subsequently, a second medium appeared in the laboratory - Pat Price, a former police commissioner. Both psychics had the ability to conduct remote observation of various objects, which would be very useful in combat conditions.

The more experiments Puthoff and Targ conducted with sensitives, the more often it occurred to them that the gift of clairvoyance is not limited to the boundaries of the human psyche. They set up a series of new, more complex experiments. Now Swann and Price had to perceive information about the nature of which they had no idea. The results were equally impressive.

In 1981, Ingo Swann, together with a group of sensitive people, developed a method of targeted clairvoyance at a distance, called “Remote Viewing Coordination.” In 1995, a documentary was shown on television, which used materials from the group’s archive, which by that time had already been declassified.

The film reported that during experiments, psychics not only demonstrated their abilities, but also developed them in other people. In particular, the author of the film, who had not previously shown any supernatural talents, began to make progress in the field of remote viewing after several weeks of instruction. This proves that most people are endowed with a psychic gift from birth.

For many people, the astral world sounds synonymous with traveling in the spaces of the magical world with all its incredible possibilities. But how do people penetrate the astral plane, and who makes astral travel in a world of incredible possibilities?

astral travel, magical life in the cosmic immensity

They very often enter the astral plane in a dream, that is, when the physical body is asleep, but our inner essence (soul, consciousness) is not, and can, leaving the confines of the “material vessel”, go into outer space. True, the soul can enter the astral world even unconsciously.

The astral plane is an immaterial part of the world in which we live. That is, the houses we are in will also be in the astral plane, often furniture, walls, and so on. If a thing in the physical world is made of natural material, for example, wood, stone, metal, organic material, then it will be on the astral level. As experts say, in this magical world everything is displayed at the energy level.

However, if we are talking about something technocratic, made of plastic, polymers, then, as a rule, it is either absent in the astral plane, or is presented in some kind of vague form, in which it is difficult to make out the object. You can influence an object on the astral level, for example, by changing its energy or changing its shades, although such an influence requires extensive practice.

However, moving an object, or repairing physical damage, etc., can only be done by returning to the body and doing these actions physically. We are in the material world, and for such influences we need a body. That is why we live inside bodies to carry out such manipulations.

So where do colorful and often frightening stories about astral inhabitants with superpowers come from? As a rule, in the astral plane you can see clots of energy that take on different shapes, say unusual travelers.

In the astral plane, which live in some houses. Or they may not live, but, say, drop in for a visit. Sometimes you can see other entities that also leave their bodies, many of them sleeping.

But the creepy astral inhabitants, something completely incredible that attacks, talks, seduces, as well as entire astral worlds - this is either simply the result of dreams, or the result of an overly rich imagination. The astral plane, as already mentioned, is the energy shell of our world. Where do entire worlds come from in a simple shell? However, some claim quite incredible things about their astral travel to distant worlds.

ASTRAL TRAVEL OF INGO SVANA

Testimony from a psychic who can travel in the astral body has provided fascinating “evidence” of the existence of alien bases on the far side of the Moon. In one of his experiences traveling in the astral field, Ingo Swan, working for a US government research program, reported the presence of gas rings around Jupiter long before their discovery.

A man named Axelrod, who works for the government, asked Ingo Swan to characterize about 10 areas of the lunar surface. After viewing the area with the given coordinates, the clairvoyant felt an extraterrestrial presence. With his inner gaze, being in the astral body, Ingo Svan looked at the lunar craters and decided that he was observing the far side of the Moon.

Having achieved psi-contact with the surface, Swan initially saw something resembling the tracks of a crawler tractor.

Soon the psychic realized that he “sees” lunar structures and intelligent activity of aliens. The work going on inside the crater was illuminated by the light of greenish artificial lights installed on very high towers.

Swann was shocked by the fact of the construction activity of an unknown intelligence. The astral traveler decided that Axelrod and the service he represents forced him to spy on the alien base, since the aliens could be unfriendly to the real visit of earthlings.

Ingo felt that the two humanoid inhabitants of the lunar complex had “noticed” him. Then he interrupted the experiment, worried about his own safety.

This is one example of the undocumented ability of the consciousness/soul to leave the physical body and go into the vast expanses of space. Strange, dubious journeys, on the other hand, we know so little about the capabilities of our own brains that we assume a similar potential, perhaps inherent in us by evolution itself.

Ingo Swann, the famous American parapsychologist, one of the pioneers of “remote viewing”, who participated in a number of top-secret studies, writes in his memoirs, in particular, about several meetings with aliens.

One super-super secret organization that clearly “worked” with aliens became interested in his activities.
Its representative, who identified himself as Mr. Axelrod (or Axel), invited Ingo to participate in one very unusual work - probing the far side of the Moon using far vision, in the field of which Swann demonstrated impressive achievements.

Mr. Axelrod was always in contact with Ingo through two of his agents, whom Swann called “twins” for their great similarity - not only in appearance, but also in demeanor.

I. Swann wrote about these meetings in a book of memoirs entitled “Penetration”.
Below I will give some excerpts from this book that are relevant to the topic of this article.

I. Swann received from Axel certain coordinates on the Moon and tried to “see” what was there.
It can be added that by this time Ingo had achieved 65 percent reliability in far-sighting experiments.
In some places on the Moon he saw nothing interesting other than the typical lunar landscape.
However, in other places Ingo saw something very unusual.

He immediately sketched what he saw, and Axelrod, without any comment, took these sketches, which Ingo never saw again.
Ingo found towers, some kind of machines, multi-colored lights and strange-looking “buildings” on the Moon.

He found strange bridges, one of which, for example, simply arced into the sky...
There were many domes of different sizes, some round things, as well as small “plates” with windows around their circumference.
They were located near the edges of the craters in some caves, and sometimes in something like hangars.
Some of the things he saw were very large.

Ingo saw long pipe-like structures, tractor-like machines running up and down hills, straight roads many miles long, and some obelisks.
Some of the domes had large platforms on them, and he saw tunnels in the crater walls and holes in the surface that looked like mining or excavation work.
There were some “networks” on top of the craters, “houses” in which someone clearly lived.

I. Swann saw some kind of people there, busy with some kind of work. There was a fine dust hanging in the “air” and there was also some kind of lighting there - something like a greenish fog.
The "people" working there looked like us, and they were only men - which Ingo could clearly see, since they were completely naked.
They appeared to be digging into a rock or hillside.

Ingo thought that it was apparently quite warm there - but why were they naked?

On my own behalf, I can add that these could well have been specially bred creatures that did not need heat or air at all, much less clothing...
Suddenly, Ingo felt that some of those “people” suddenly began to excitedly talk to each other and gesticulate.
Two of them pointed in his “direction”, i.e. his presence was clearly detected.

Instantly, Ingo tried to "get away" from there, and lost his lunar visions.
“I think they noticed me,” he told Axel.
He, extremely alarmed, told him to quickly leave that place.
Ingo writes that over the next few months he feared that those humanoids would find him and destroy his brain...

One day in the summer of 1976, Ingo Swann was in a Hollywood supermarket in Los Angeles.
Near one of the tables with artichokes, he noticed a delightful woman.
She attracted attention not so much for her extraordinary feminine charms, but because they were barely covered.

She had luxurious black hair, her eyes were covered with sunglasses of an unusual purple color, and she wore platform shoes with high heels.

The woman was rummaging through the artichokes, and the delighted Ingo wanted to take a closer look at her, approaching the same table.
And suddenly, for no reason at all, he felt an electric sensation run through his body like a wave.
The hairs on his body stood on end, and he suddenly realized that she was an alien.

His mouth went dry, his hands began to shake, and he decided to immediately retreat away from her.
Turning around, he saw one of the “twins” he knew, Mr. Axelrod, who was watching that woman from afar.

"Twin" saw that Ingo had noticed him, and immediately an image of a white card appeared in Swann's mind - don't speak and behave normally.
Ingo immediately realized that if one of the “twins” was here, then there must be a second one somewhere.
And sure enough, the second one was in another shopping row, from where he was watching the same woman.
At that moment, Ingo realized that he was where he should not be, and he quickly left.

Swann clarifies that if he had not seen those “twins” of Axelrod, he could have attributed the feeling he had about that woman to his overly inflamed imagination, but their presence completely confirmed his feeling that she was an alien.

As he waited in his car, he saw the woman loading her groceries into a beat-up yellow Volkswagen while the twins continued to follow her.

Ingo expected that Axelrod would certainly contact him after the incident.
And so it happened. Soon Axelrod gave him a real interrogation over the phone - how he ended up there and what he did.

In the end, he believed that Ingo was there completely by accident and did not enter into telepathic contact with that woman, but in the end he warned that she was very dangerous, and if he ever saw her, especially approaching him, he should try get as far away from her as possible, while trying not to attract much attention.

Another interesting, but also dangerous, meeting took place with I. Swann about a year later, in July 1977.
Mr. Axelrod contacted him and asked if he would like to look at the UFO up close.

Ingo asked - captured?
No, not that, answered Axelrod, for this we will need to travel to one place where one of the UFOs appears regularly.

Axelrod drove him to the San Jose airport, where they walked straight to a waiting small Lear jet.
One of the “twins” was waiting for them near him, dressed in a greenish overall and a military-style helmet.

A few minutes later they were already in the air. As it turned out, the plane was piloted by the second “twin”.

Axel said that they were flying to a very wild and cold place.
Ingo was provided with everything he needed, including a special thermal insulating overalls without metal parts.

After several hours of flight, already in the dark, their plane landed completely without any lights, both on the ground and on the plane.
"Completely without light?" - Ingo was surprised, to which Axel replied that this is a very high-tec Airplane that only looks ordinary from the outside...

Plunging into what appeared to be a minivan painted in camouflage colors, they then drove for about two hours, apparently somewhere far to the north.
At some point, the car’s engine fell silent, but it continued to drive, as - Ingo still cannot understand...

In the end, the car stopped under the pine trees.
“Now we have to walk for about 40 minutes,” whispered Axelrod. “It is extremely important that we make as little noise as possible.”
He told Ingo to do only what he was told, not to make noise and not to smoke.

They came to a hollow with some kind of stream, and hid there behind large boulders.
Axel whispered: “We are there. There is a small lake in front of us, and at dawn you will be able to see it between the pines. Now we will wait and hope that we are lucky. And so that there is no noise!”

Ingo asked Axel what he would have to do.
“Just watch,” he replied, “we’ll discuss it later. But it’s extremely important to maintain complete silence now, and also not to move unless I tell you. They detect heat, noise and movement incredibly easily.”

Suddenly the two twins gave something like a hand signal.
“It’s starting,” Axel whispered.

Ingo stared as hard as he could, but still did not see anything unusual, except that something like fog began to form towards the lake. He thought it was just morning fog.

This continued for about five more minutes, and he suddenly saw what was “beginning.”
In an instant, the gray mist changed, first to a glowing neon color, and then to purple. At that moment, Axel and one of the "twins" placed their hands firmly on his shoulders, and it was good that they did so.

An intricacy of purple, red and yellow lightning “shot” from the “cloud” in all directions, and Swann would have jumped in surprise if he had not been held back.

And then “it” appeared there - at first it seemed transparent, but the next second it seemed to appear out of nowhere, clearly visible above the water of the lake.
And it kept getting bigger!
Ingo didn't know what he actually expected to see there - probably something like a flying saucer.

But this thing was triangular in shape, generally resembling a diamond.
At that moment, they were able to hear the rushing “wind,” which passed them like a material magnetic field, so that cones and branches fell on them from some of the fir trees.

At the same time, ruby red laser-like beams began to "shoot" from the object, which continued to increase in size while still remaining in one place.

One of the "twins" said: "Damn! They'll surround this place and find us!"
Some "laser" beams began to shoot at the spruce trees and at the same time the object grew to about 30 meters in width.

All this happened in complete silence and even the “electric lightning” did not crackle.
The shooting into the trees, however, could now be heard, and at the same time Ingo began to hear low-frequency pulsations.

“They shoot at deer or porcupines in the forest,” Axel explained, “they sense biological heat well, and they will definitely get to us.”
At the same moment, Ingo was dragged down to the bottom of the stream bed, and the place where they had just been was noisily fired upon by a “laser”.

This was the last time Ingo could see this triangular thing, and at the last moment he saw that the water from the lake was rushing upward, like a waterfall in reverse, being sucked into that “machine”.

They ran and hid under a large overhanging boulder nearby.
Ingo was literally petrified by the horror of what was happening, but at the same time he felt awe, because he had just seen a UFO up close!

They stayed there until one of the “twins” said that the danger had now passed.

"So how did you feel?" - Axelrod asked Ingo when they began to return to the car.
Having cooled down somewhat from what was happening, Ingo said that it was a kind of unmanned drone, controlled from somewhere.

"What was he doing here?" - Axel asked.
"Obviously, he was drinking water. Someone somewhere needed water and he just flew in to get it," Ingo said.

When they returned to the runway, there was also an Alaska Post plane and several people there.

“Any sensations of how this object moved?” Axel asked.
“It was some kind of interdimensional displacement, but, to be honest, I have no idea about it,” Ingo said.

He continued - this thing didn't move itself, it just grew where it came from.
And it was pyramid-shaped, not a “plate”.

When a visionary sees something that he does not understand, he tries to explain it in a way that makes some sense to him.
People fill the unknown with what is familiar to them.
That thing may have been an "object" at some point, but it was more of an "appearance" than an object: it materialized, grew, and then most likely dematerialized again...

The difficulty is that for us this is a problem of reality...
This thing was beyond my understanding of reality, so for example I used the phrase 'interdimensional displacement', but I don't really know what it was,” Swann finished.

These are the interesting stories told by Ingo Swann in his book of memoirs.

Those who would like to become familiar with some other aspects of far-sighting in relation to UFOs and aliens can read the article "Far-sighting and UFOs" on this website [

The phenomenon of Ingo Swan is stunning, and his claims about “Out-of-Body Travel” in outer space are amazing beyond measure. Being in the astral body, Ingo Swan, leaving the body, made a rapid flight to Jupiter and described the rings of the planet, when the spacecraft had not yet flown past the planet.

Have you ever heard of a concept called “remote viewing”? Of course you’ve heard of it, although this concept is usually associated with information technology. But in recent years, the concept seems to define another concept - the exit of “consciousness” into the astral world and walks in the information fields of space!

This is a mind-blowing idea of human paranormal abilities, suggesting that someone can leave their own body to visit geographically remote places. So, for example, Ingo Swan, being in the “astral body,” can go to any object millions of kilometers from the original location of the physical body.

And although the mind-blowingly incredible concept has been proven to many researchers, the mainstream scientific community is unclear on how it can be achieved.

Decades ago, NASA's Pioneer 10 spacecraft was launched into space. Scientists were able to witness how the reconnaissance vehicle flew directly through the asteroid belt, traveling to the largest planet in the solar system, Jupiter.

Interestingly, long before this, the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency, in conjunction with scientists at Stanford University, were involved in the so-called “remote viewing” project.

Paranormal Research Project.

According to researchers, one of the main participants in the strange research was a man named Ingo Swan, who described the rings of Jupiter in detail. The incredible thing is that this happened before NASA's Pioneer 10 mission, which identified the gas giant's rings, and six years before Voyager.

The experiment “Ingo Swan visits Jupiter in the astral body” was not an official project. The sensitive's expedition was surrounded by very strict secrecy protocols.
A review of the data acquired during the experiment confirmed that it was in the vicinity of Jupiter before the probe flew to the planet. The original data was accepted by many respected scientists in Silicon Valley.

The intelligence services of any country are serious organizations, so they carefully study the possibilities of “Psi potentials” from the field of parapsychology. “Because of my unusual abilities, I was drawn into spheres of idiotic secrecy, endless security checks, promoting paranoia” ... “into all kinds of intelligence intrigues, with rather nervous military and political consequences,” Ingo Swan said about his gift.

He repeatedly had to prove his superpowers. Ingo Swan himself proposed an experiment to remotely view the planet Jupiter before the upcoming flight of Pioneer 10. However, having encountered a ring around Jupiter, he thought that he was most likely mistaken and was looking at the rings of Saturn.

Astronomy specialists were not at all impressed by the flights of the “astral body,” causing critical ridicule towards the sensitive. This was the case until the probe’s flyby revealed the existence of rings around Jupiter. After this, the attitude towards Swan’s abilities changed dramatically, becoming “of interest” to the intelligence services.

Ingo Swan - the dark side of the moon.

Ingo Swan's paranormal abilities captivate the imagination because they allow him to penetrate fascinating places. He saw and described many phenomena that were not acquired in various studies, all thanks to the paranormal capabilities of remote viewing in the astral body.

“These are completely different things, reading about UFOs and other things in newspapers or books and seeing them with your own eyes,” says the sensitive. Hearing rumors about the military allegedly shooting down UFOs and capturing aliens is completely different from seeing amazing things in person. I found towers, machines and buildings, and I saw humanoids working on the far side of the Moon.

The bizarre project has been documented by several researchers and government agencies, leaving us to wonder: what else was there? How many other studies like this are going on right now? What about extraterrestrial life on the Moon?

It is remarkable to think about human potential with expanded capabilities with a wonderful quote from Nikola Tesla: “Tomorrow science will begin to study non-physical phenomena, and will make more progress in ten years than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”

Everyone has paranormal abilities.

Since 1970, Ingo Swan has worked with researchers in the fields of parapsychology and cognitive perception, additionally leading 14 projects under non-disclosure agreements.

Early work 1970-1972 in the field of parapsychology attracted international attention and recognition. By 1973, having undergone probably a thousand experimental studies, Ingo was popular in parapsychology as a “pig” for testing.

To some, the paranormal abilities of Ingo Swan (Ingo Douglas Swan, September 14, 1933, Tellurium, Colorado - January 31, 2013, New York) may look like just another "urban legend." However, he is a participant in the official research of Dr. E.P. Puthoff at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI).

Extensive work (from 1972 to 1988 in the field of remote viewing / astral travel - there is still no correct term for the phenomenon) achieves significant results thanks to sponsorship from American intelligence and military departments.
Years of work and hundreds of dozens of experimental studies led to the acquisition of knowledge that was not widely publicized for the sake of the secrecy of the projects.

After retiring in 1989 from so much time and research, Swan still periodically continued to work in the areas of multidimensional mental imagery, perception, and subtle brainwave extensions.

By revealing the extraordinary abilities of the body, confirming the amazing nature of the human genome, it is clearly established that the genetic basis of these abilities is present in most people, although in most they are undeveloped.

And yet, the scientific community maintains a certain intolerance towards the scientific development of telepathy and active paranormal phenomena.
