Even if you are young and have healthy skin that is in perfect condition, sunscreen alone is not enough for summer care. The skin needs not only sun protection, but also complete daily care.
When choosing products, you must take into account your skin type. It is important to read the ingredients carefully. I prefer to use products whose composition is 90-100% natural. In order not to harm, but to benefit. For my mature skin, I have selected several products that help me care for and maintain its good condition. The main stages of care remain the same: cleansing, moisturizing, nutrition. After 40 years, the stages of toning, lifting, and revitalization were added.
Every morning I cleanse my face with micellar water and in the evening with milk remover. Once a week I always use a soft peeling that does not injure the skin.
To moisturize, I use a cream with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, and vitamin C. To replenish lipid deficiencies, I use a nourishing cream with phytoestrogens. Creams with peptides are effective to increase skin firmness and elasticity. As additional intensive care, I use face masks once or twice a week. At the same time, I alternate different ones in composition and action. For example, anti-aging with coenzyme Q10, collagen, multivitamin, anti-rosacea, lifting. After a successful acquaintance with the Alpika brand, I fell in love with some creams, masks, and serums of this brand. The distinctive quality of these products is that they contain alposomes containing extracts of beneficial plants and oils. For example, extracts: tea tree, hibiscus, licorice, edelweiss, mulberry, lotus flowers, camellia, orchid, apple, squalene olive leaves; oil extracts: jojoba, amaranth seeds, macadamia, avocado, shea butter, cocoa, evening primrose, sweet almond, argans This allows the active ingredients to penetrate deeper into the epidermis, and their effectiveness increases accordingly. Meso cocktails, which contain hydrolyzed elastin, collagen, phytosqualene, hyaluronic acid, and coenzyme Q10, especially restore elasticity.
When taking care of the skin around the eyes, I prefer serums, gels and veil creams, the texture of which is lighter and absorbs faster.

Considering that I have several age spots on my face, I am struggling with them. Last year I took a course of flash photography at a cosmetology center, but only one spot out of four disappeared. On sunny days, I protect my face from ultraviolet rays by using sunscreen emulsions and high-protection photoprotective gels. In addition, I cover my face with BB cream and compact powder with factor 15. Since mature skin reacts more strongly to ultraviolet rays, it requires a higher degree of protection. I have a special face cream with factor 50 that I take with me to the beach.

In the summer, it is better to apply bleaching products at night or leave them for the winter. Because the acids and retinol they contain in high concentrations increase the sensitivity of the epidermis to the sun. In the heat, it is better to pay attention to pH balance and hydration with tonics and thermal water, which contain spring water enriched with silver, magnesium, and silicon ions. I always have thermal water in my purse, which helps out in stuffy transport and the office.

When I go to the sea, I always use sunscreen for my body on the beach. For example, suntan oil, sunblock or suntan lotion with SPF 30. If the product is not waterproof, it should be reapplied after each exit from the water.

In Crete, I spent the whole day on the beach and had to walk under the scorching sun. In the evening I could not touch my body, my skin was burning. On the way to the hotel, I bought an aerosol with panthenol at the pharmacy and immediately sprayed the foam on the reddened areas. This was the only thing that saved me from getting burned.

Given the fact that our skin especially needs hydration after exposure to salt water and sun, I apply an aloe vera moisturizing gel after showering. To keep my tan as long as possible, I use special after-sun products that contain antioxidants. With them it is possible to fix and prolong the intense bronze shade for several months.

I wish you a pleasant summer care and a beautiful tan!

All skin, regardless of age, needs daily cleansing..

Over the course of a day, a real mask is formed on the face from a mixture of cream, decorative cosmetics, dust, micro-particles of dust, toxins and various chemical compounds that fill the air. This also includes secretions from the skin itself. Several million sweat and sebaceous glands produce about 0.5 liters of water, lactic acid, urea, salt, and carbon dioxide per day.

Just imagine the effect such a “multicomponent cocktail” has on the skin! Dirt plugs clog pores, provoke the active proliferation of bacteria, which, in turn, cause the appearance of comedones, inflammation, rashes and other dermatological problems. Skin deprived of daily proper cleansing becomes sluggish, dehydrated, and wrinkled.

If you don't want to look older than your age, don't be lazy about thoroughly cleansing your face every night. You need to do this even if you didn’t do makeup or didn’t leave the house. Don't forget that there are millions of germs and harmful chemicals in the air that are invisible to the naked eye. However, even if you lived in a vacuum bubble, you would still have to cleanse your skin every day, because a sterile environment would not be able to stop the work of your own sebaceous and sweat glands, which means that by the end of the day your skin would be covered with a thick film of sweat.

Morning cleansing is no less important than evening cleansing. As you can imagine, the sweat and sebaceous glands continue to work even when you sleep. In addition, while you sleep, dust particles and lint from your bed linen stick to your face. Do you think that this is not so scary and in critical situations you can neglect washing your face in the morning to save time? Unfortunately, you are mistaken. By spreading the foundation cream onto an uncleaned face, you rub all the dust and lint into the skin. A layer of decorative cosmetics is placed on top of the face, which during the day, as usual, mixes with dirt, dust, and chemical compounds. In the evening you finally cleanse your skin. But make simple calculations, and you will understand what kind of torture you have subjected your face to: after all, instead of the usual 10-12 hours, she has to endure and wait for freedom from the oppression of pollution for a whole day. It’s good if this is an isolated incident that occurred due to a misunderstanding. However, if this is the usual state of affairs, you urgently need to change your attitude towards your daily self-care routine.

You may not even notice the impurities that have formed on your skin during the day, but your face senses them very acutely and reacts accordingly: peeling, rashes, wrinkles. You should not ignore the signals that your skin sends you: you will bitterly regret it in a few years, when you cannot look at yourself in the mirror without tears.

Proper cleansing- this is a whole science. Traditional washing with soap and water is not the best way to cleanse your face of impurities. And under no circumstances should you remove decorative cosmetics in this way.

You need to wash your face with warm or cool water. Too hot water is harmful to the skin.

The cleanser is selected according to your skin type, as well as taking into account its individual characteristics. You can never say with 100% certainty that a given remedy is suitable for a particular person. Unfortunately, when choosing cleansers, like many other cosmetics, you have to use trial and error.

Let's talk about what skin cleansing products the modern cosmetic market offers.

Soap- a classic of the genre, which is becoming less and less popular day by day, and this is not an accident. Ordinary toilet soap consists of fats and alkali, as well as various dyes, flavors and nutritional additives. Normal skin pH is 5.5. For soap this figure is much higher: 9-10. Soap destroys the so-called acidic mantle of the skin - a water-fat layer that protects it from harmful environmental influences.

The acid-base balance is not restored immediately, which means that for some time the skin remains practically defenseless against microbes. Frequent use of soap leads to the destruction of beneficial skin microflora. Soap solution releases fatty acids that cause skin inflammation.

Soap is especially harmful for dry and sensitive skin, which is why this cleansing method is not suitable for mature skin.

Alternative to regular soap - syndets, i.e. synthetic skin cleansers. The pH of such products is 5.5-7. Synthetic soap does not disturb the acid-base balance of the skin. However, this tool also has its disadvantages. It actively destroys fats, so those with sensitive skin prone to inflammation are not recommended to use synthetic cleansers.

Synthetic cleansers come in solid and liquid types. Solid syndets look like ordinary toilet soap. Such products are often called “beauty soaps.”

Liquid syndets include cleansing foams and cleansing lotions.

Foam cleansers should not be confused with liquid soap, although they are very similar in appearance. However, this is where the similarities end. Cleansing foams- these are cleaning products that contain surfactants (surfactants), in particular sodium lauryl sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, etc. When adding a small amount of water, such products produce abundant foam that effectively removes dirt. But here, alas, not everything is so rosy. Many surfactants are able to penetrate into the deep layers of the skin, damaging the lipid layer, which means that, along with benefits, they also cause harm. It is impossible to completely eliminate this flaw, which is prevented by the very principle of action of facial washes. Surfactants cleanse the skin by dissolving fat, but it is both a pollutant and an element of the skin’s protective layer.

At first glance, the way out of this situation is obvious: you just need to reduce the intensity of the action of surfactants, make them less caustic. Indeed, recently, cosmetics manufacturers have been trying to use surfactants in their products that do not penetrate the skin too deeply and are easily washed off with water. Such surfactants include coconut oil derivatives, as well as non-ionic surfactants. However, such cleaning products are inferior in effectiveness to foams with sodium lauryl sulfate and other similar surfactants. They are simply not able to completely remove contaminants.

Therefore, today a compromise option is more often used: several active substances are included in the composition of facial washes.

Foams often contain vitamins, antioxidants, plant extracts and other additives. It is understood that these components should compensate for the harm that surfactants cause to the skin. Unfortunately, in most cases, the proportion of such additives in the cleanser is too small and serves only to attract buyers. Large cosmetic companies do produce foams with a high content of useful additives, but the price of such products is also respectable.

Cleansing lotions- This is another type of liquid synthetic skin cleanser. They contain many different components, such as synthetic polymers, polysaccharides, propylene glycol, proteins, silicones, vegetable oils, etc.

Cleansing lotions do not contain surfactants, which means they do not have the disadvantages of cleansing foams. At the same time, lotions effectively cleanse the skin, remove excess fat and cosmetic residues. Unlike regular cosmetic lotions, which must be left on the skin, cleansing lotions must be rinsed off with water. That's why cleansing lotion labels include risen-off.

To cleanse the skin after 40, you can use lotions, but you should choose products that do not contain alcohol. In extreme cases, its share should be quite insignificant. Alcohol dries out the skin, and this is clearly not beneficial for aging skin, which already suffers from moisture deficiency.

Cleansing oil- mineral oil containing plant components. This is a relatively new skin cleanser that is ideal for very dry and flaky skin. Cleansing oil is strictly contraindicated for oily skin. This product contains about 50% fat, thanks to which it cleanses the skin of sebum, dust and decorative cosmetics extremely softly and delicately.

It is recommended to wash off the cleansing oil with soap and water. The oil dissolves impurities and envelops the face with a protective film, so that the soap solution does not harm even very dry skin. After using the cleansing oil, the skin becomes velvety. However, it should be borne in mind that cleansing oil does not have a peeling effect, which means it will not “help” scrubs exfoliate dead epidermal cells.

Cleansing milk, like oil, is suitable for the care of dry and sensitive skin. The main components of milk are water and fat. Cleansing milk contains about 25% fat, i.e. half as much as oil. However, this product copes well with decorative cosmetics and other contaminants. In addition, it prevents moisture loss during washing, soothes, softens the skin and saturates its cells with nutrients. To care for mature skin prone to dryness and irritation, it is useful to use milk with lanolin, mallow, calendula or avocado oils.

Cleansing cream- Another option for a product suitable for dry skin. The main components of this cream are mineral oil, wax and water. The cream removes decorative cosmetics and other impurities, and also perfectly moisturizes the skin.

Cleaning swabs and wet wipes are pieces of cloth impregnated with a cleaning and disinfectant composition. Compact disposable tampons and napkins are indispensable for cleansing the skin while traveling. They are also suitable for daily cleansing of oily, inflammation-prone skin. However, aging skin requires more careful and careful care.

In order to provide the skin with complete care, it is necessary to periodically carry out deep cleansing: peeling and steam baths.

As you remember, one of the age-related features of mature skin is a thickened epidermis. The face, covered with a layer of dead cells, becomes gray, sallow, and takes on an unhealthy appearance. Aging skin needs exfoliating treatments at least 2-3 times a week.

After deep cleansing, the skin becomes smooth, soft and rosy again.. In addition, skin freed from dead cells responds better to the effects of cosmetic products: masks, lotions, anti-aging products, etc.

Under no circumstances should you peel the skin around the eyes: these areas are too thin and delicate.

Periodically use vegetable oil, such as olive, peach, corn or even sunflower, instead of regular cream. It is useful to mix vegetable oils with castor or sea buckthorn.

Peels are divided into mechanical and chemical. Mechanical peels contain small hard particles that literally scrape off dead scales from the surface of the epidermis. Chemical peels contain fruit acids and alpha hydroxy acids, which dissolve dead skin cells and sebaceous plugs.

Chemical peels are usually used in professional cosmetology. For home care, mechanical peelings are used: scrubs and gomage.

Scrubs- These are perhaps the most common means of mechanical peeling. They provide not only deep cleansing of the skin, but also facial massage.

Scrubs are a mixture of a base substance with abrasive (solid) particles. Different scrubs use different bases and solid ingredients.

A foaming cream, emulsion or gel is used as the base of the belongings. These foundations have their own characteristics and are suitable for different skin types. The foaming cream is designed for oily skin, and the emulsion cleanses dry skin well. The gel is, in principle, universal, but it is better suited for cleansing normal skin. The gel contains substances that loosen the stratum corneum, resulting in deep cleansing of the skin.

Crushed volcanic pumice, ground apricot or olive kernels, crushed eggshells or walnut shells, dry seaweed, coconut flakes, granulated wax, sand, polyethylene beads and other similar components are used as abrasive particles in scrubs.

The scrubs are easy to use. A small amount of scrub is applied to cleansed, damp facial skin, avoiding areas around the eyes, then the scrub is rubbed in with light massaging movements for 1-2 minutes and rinsed off with warm water.

Gomazh- This is another type of mechanical peeling. It is a cream that, when hardened, turns into a soft film. The gomage is applied to the face, dried, and then rolled off the skin with the tips of the fingers along with the horny scales adhering to it.

Unlike scrubs, the use of gomage requires some skill. Gomage is applied to cleansed, dry facial skin in as thin a layer as possible. If there is too much product, it will not roll well.

Gomage can be called an indicator of skin hydration. If the first layer of gomage is absorbed, then the skin lacks moisture. Therefore, it is necessary to apply another thin layer of this peeling, and in the future, seriously engage in moisturizing the skin.

You need to roll the gomage carefully so as not to stretch the skin.

Remains of gomazh should be wiped off with a cotton swab dipped in tonic.

Peeling- not the only way to deep cleanse the skin. Steam baths also help get rid of dead cells, open pores clogged with sebaceous plugs and normalize blood circulation. It is recommended to do them 3-4 times a month. Please note, however, that in case of dilation of blood vessels, rosacea and inflammation, this procedure is contraindicated.

Making a steam bath is very simple. Pour 1 liter of water into the pan, add 1-2 tbsp. l. any medicinal herb or mixture of herbs. You can use chamomile, yarrow, St. John's wort, plantain, nettle, coltsfoot, mint, eucalyptus, raspberry or blackcurrant leaves, calendula or linden flowers, rose or jasmine petals, etc.

Bringing the water to a boil, cook the herb for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Then place the saucepan with the prepared broth on the table, bend over it and cover your head and the saucepan with a towel. You will get a mini steam room. The procedure lasts 10-15 minutes. Then rinse your face with warm water, pat dry with a towel, wipe the skin with a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide, eau de toilette or lotion with a low alcohol content. At the end of the procedure, wash your face with cool water and, if necessary, lubricate your face with a moisturizing or nourishing cream. Of course, before a steam bath, the skin must be cleansed of decorative cosmetics and impurities.

Typically, mature skin is considered to be the skin of women aged 35-45 years. It is during this period that the skin becomes dry, the complexion becomes dull, firmness and elasticity decrease, and as a result, fine and deep wrinkles appear (those that are noticeable even when the face is at rest). This is especially true in the neck area, as well as around the mouth and eyes, since the skin there is thin and delicate. Therefore, at this age, skin needs special care, even normal skin, with which its owner had no problems previously. However, if you start taking care of your skin in time, you can significantly delay the aging process and maintain a radiant and healthy appearance of your facial skin.

Problems of mature skin.
After thirty, the first signs of aging appear on the skin of the face. This is facilitated by a decreasing rate of work of the sebaceous glands, deterioration of blood supply, decreased collagen production, due to which the skin loses its elasticity, becomes thin and dry, and wrinkles appear on it. In addition, at this age, skin regeneration processes slow down, resulting in a significant reduction in the production of new cells. At this age, a common skin problem is the appearance of age spots.

It is worth noting that in adulthood, more than ever, it is important to have a balanced diet, rest, sleep, and a normal psychological state, since nervous conditions, poor lifestyle and bad habits (smoking, alcohol) are reflected specifically on the skin. As a rule, smokers have dull and gray skin. In addition, those who smoke age their skin faster, and nicotine also contributes to the formation of free radicals. Therefore, you should give up this habit.

Exposure to ultraviolet light accelerates the aging process of the skin. Penetrating into the deep layers of the skin, ultraviolet rays destroy the components of cells, dry out collagen and elastin fibers, which leads to dry skin and the appearance of wrinkles and age spots. Therefore, in adulthood (and not only) at any time of the year, it is recommended to use cosmetics with a high content of sun protection factor (SPF at least 50 in the summer).

A sedentary lifestyle after forty is typical for most women of this age. But fresh air and physical activity are an excellent means of preserving youth and beauty. After forty years, metabolism deteriorates significantly, which is a natural feature of the body. As a result, the process of supplying the skin with nutrients also deteriorates. Naturally, this cannot but affect the skin - it becomes sluggish, which leads to the formation of wrinkles. Therefore, if you want to continue to be young and beautiful, you need active outdoor activities. Running, gymnastics, cycling, and cross-country skiing will be effective.

Lack of moisture also contributes to rapid skin aging. Therefore, in adulthood, it is especially important to maintain a drinking regime. The daily recommended amount of fluid to drink is at least 1-1.5 liters. Ideally, it would be mineral water, green tea, fruit juices diluted with water. However, there is one “but”. You should try not to drink too much before bed, as this can lead to puffiness under the eyes.

Poor nutrition and lack of sleep after forty years immediately leave a mark on our face. Therefore, proper rest (at least seven hours a day) should become your daily mandatory rule. In addition, it is worth limiting the consumption of sweet, fatty, refined foods. However, you should not completely exclude fats from your diet, as this can also speed up the aging process of the skin. Your diet should be as balanced as possible; in addition, in the spring and winter, it is recommended to take multivitamin complexes with calcium. A healthy diet provides the skin with the necessary nutrients, thanks to which the restoration of various skin damage (sun and other adverse environmental factors) is carried out.

Proper care for mature skin.
Caring for mature skin, like any other type, includes cleansing, toning, moisturizing, nourishing and protecting. As a rule, mature skin needs hydration and nutrition, since skin dehydration is a characteristic feature of skin after 35-40 years. Therefore, when choosing cleansing cosmetics, special attention should be paid to ensure that their action does not “pull” moisture from the skin. For the care of mature skin, we recommend cosmetics labeled “for mature skin” (anti-age), which contain retinol and hyaluronic acid, since these components help the skin absorb moisture. In addition, the composition of a daily cream for mature skin must include grape seed extracts, collagen, oat extracts, glycerin, barley and wheat germ extracts, vitamin and antioxidant complexes, fruit and other acids, retinol, and peptides. Remember that face cream should also be applied to the neck and décolleté as they are also susceptible to aging.

Facial skin care after 35 years must necessarily include a moisturizing procedure with thermal water, which is saturated with minerals and important trace elements such as selenium and zinc. It's good if you use it several times during the day. This procedure is especially useful for sensitive skin and skin prone to allergies. Various face masks with a moisturizing effect for mature skin should be done twice a week. A moisturizing mask is most effective in the first half of the day, since it is at this time that the skin actively absorbs hydrating components. In addition, you can make it a rule to wipe your face every morning with pieces of ice made from a decoction of herbs. This procedure gives an amazing effect.

Since mature skin becomes dry, it is recommended to use cosmetic milk or cream for care, which perfectly moisturize and nourish the skin. As a rule, there is no need to wash off cosmetic milk; its remnants are removed with a dry cloth using blotting movements. But you should stop using soap. And this applies not only to mature skin. Soap, even very good soap, dries out the skin very much.

To give your skin freshness after using cosmetic milk, you can use a tonic that does not contain alcohol.

If previously contrasting facial baths were a blessing for the skin, then for mature skin they pose a danger because they can cause the appearance of spider veins (rosacea). Cosmetics with exfoliating substances (acids, enzymes) help smooth the skin and activate cell function.

In order to quickly tidy up your facial skin (for example, before a party), you can use a lifting serum that effectively tightens the skin and smoothes out wrinkles. You can use it as a base for makeup or add it to foundation. However, you should not constantly use this remedy, since it is intended for use at a later age.

Chemical peels and laser peels are effective ways to keep your skin in excellent condition. To avoid the appearance of age spots, it is best to do such procedures in the autumn-winter period, when solar activity is low.

Special care products for mature skin.
Since mature skin reacts particularly sensitively to stress, lack of sleep, and poor nutrition, the cosmetic industry has developed special ampoules with highly concentrated biologically active substances, such as hyaluronic acid. It promotes moisture accumulation in the skin. The liquid in the ampoules (a few drops) should be applied to previously cleansed facial skin and rubbed in. The liquid from the ampoules is applied after cleansing the skin and gently rubbed in, after which a nourishing cream is applied to the skin, which you use daily.

The use of restorative fortified creams for mature skin helps saturate the skin with essential nutrients that stimulate metabolism and cell renewal, making the skin look smooth, elastic, even and beautiful. In addition, the use of such creams increases the skin's resistance to environmental factors. For daytime use, you should choose lighter creams, respectively, for night use, thicker ones. Method of application is standard: after cleansing the skin.

Care for mature skin must include massage with cream. Vitamin E granules are especially effective. They stimulate blood circulation and act as a gentle peeling. Biologically active substances are absorbed into the skin, which stimulates the formation of new cells. This procedure is also done after cleansing the face. The cream is applied to the facial skin in a layer one millimeter thick, and then massage is carried out from the center of the face to the periphery for 3-5 minutes. Then let the cream absorb and remove any remaining residue with a paper napkin.

Today there is a huge variety of cosmetic skin care products. Dermatologists and cosmetologists can help you make the right choice. It is best to purchase new cosmetics in small quantities for testing, so that in case of a negative result you will not regret the money spent.

And how she looks depends, first of all, on how a woman takes care of her appearance, in a word, how she loves herself.

Facial skin requires significant care at any time in life. It is necessary to protect your facial skin from harmful environmental influences, moisturize and nourish. According to experts, there are five main stages in a woman’s age when the skin requires different care. Facial skin care in adulthood is the key to beautiful skin without wrinkles and visible signs of aging.

The first stage is up to 25 years.
At this time, the skin does not require special care, it only needs cleansing, moisturizing and toning. Because skin cells are quite flexible, the skin looks great. It is smooth, velvety, firm and elastic. If acne appears, it is best to visit an endocrinologist. It is advisable to use lotions for problem skin several times a day. Nowadays there are enough different products to care for problem skin. You can choose the most optimal option for you and begin to “treat” problem skin. You can also visit a beauty salon, if you have the means, specialists there will help you cope with this problem.

Don't forget that a healthy lifestyle is just as important. If you eat right, give up bad habits, and your sleep lasts at least 8 hours, then you will maintain a young and blooming appearance of your facial skin for a long time. By observing these simple truths, in adulthood you will not have to use special products so often to restore your facial skin to youth and freshness.

The second stage is 25 - 30 years.
At this age, the skin of the face begins to age: the first small wrinkles appear. The skin still produces many young cells and therefore needs protection. You will need products that contain minerals and vitamins to help your skin produce the most young cells and collagen. It is also necessary to drink a lot of mineral water - this will remove toxins from the body.

The third stage is 30 - 40 years.
We begin to fight wrinkles as soon as they appear. You shouldn’t wait until they become deeper and, naturally, more noticeable to others.
Scientists have developed special anti-wrinkle products that contain hylauronic acid. This acid is produced from natural materials. The process of filling the skin with hyaluronic acid is called mesotherapy. To do this you will need to contact the salon. This is a very effective method to combat wrinkles.
You can choose either a slightly unpleasant and painful method or a painless one. In the painless method, drugs are injected into the skin with oxygen pressure rather than needles. But keep in mind that the painless method costs a little more.

The fifth stage is 50 years and after.
The skin loses its vitality. At the same moment, the body undergoes hormonal changes, and means are needed that are adapted to these changes. Mesotherapy and photorejuvenation with laser devices will also help here.

Let's take a closer look at mature skin

A woman’s age is “given away” by her hands, neck, and most importantly, wrinkles. It is very important to what extent you care for your skin in old age. In old age, the structure of the face changes; the facial skin has such imperfections as “bags” under the eyes, wrinkles in the eye area, lips and forehead, as well as saggy, sagging skin. Even if you have been closely monitoring your skin all the previous time, these signs will still be present to you to one degree or another (see)

But why, you ask.
Firstly, The sebaceous glands can no longer work as well as before, and a gradual decrease in the rate leads to the deprivation of the skin’s natural protection.
Secondly, There are collagen fibers inside the skin which helped you naturally moisturize our skin. Over time, they lose their ability to absorb large amounts of moisture, which means your skin is deprived of hydration.
Third, The blood supply to the skin deteriorates and the number of new cells produced by the skin decreases. As a result, your skin becomes thin and dry, and, therefore, you have to moisturize it and protect it from harmful environmental factors more carefully.

There are several negative factors that affect the appearance of our skin.

Smoking, as you know, does not lead to anything good. This is most harmful to the skin, as blood vessels narrow under the influence of nicotine. And this affects the color and formation of new skin cells.
You should quit smoking altogether. Unfortunately, not everyone can do this. Those who cannot should at least limit their cigarette consumption to five per day.
And you definitely need to increase the amount of vitamins C, since they are the main builders of collagen - proteins that will allow your skin to remain young and fresh.

It won't bring you anything good either. ultraviolet. As is known, ultraviolet radiation destroys the components
cells, dry out collagen and elastic fibers. This means we get wrinkles and dry skin. To avoid this, before going out in the sun, apply a special protective cream with a high protection factor.

Another important factor is that how much fluid do you drink. With its deficiency, our body begins to take it from skin cells, thereby destroying them. Thus, promoting the appearance of wrinkles. To prevent this from happening, drink at least three liters of water per day.

Sport also has a beneficial effect on your skin. Experts advise doing sports in the fresh air. Set aside three hours a week for exercise - this will allow you to stay toned, and your skin will be saturated with oxygen, which will allow it to remain elastic and young for a long time.
