There lived one woman. And she had a little son, and his name was Yegorka. He was very curious and poked his nose everywhere.

One day his mother went somewhere on business, and left him alone at home. And he was strictly forbidden to go outside without her, much less approach the old cellar.

But as soon as she disappeared from sight, Yegor immediately jumped out into the yard and headed to where he was not allowed to climb.

Approaching the door, he began to turn the turntable, which prevented the door from opening. And then he heard someone calling him from the darkness.
The boy began to be overcome by curiosity. But he was also afraid that if his mother found out that he had disobeyed, then he might get into trouble.

Finally, his mischief, driven by interest, and the voices that came from nowhere, took over.
He opened the door and lifted the heavy lid to see who was sitting there in the dark, and even talking, when suddenly someone’s strong hand grabbed his pants and dragged him downstairs...

When the boy woke up, he saw that he was in a fairy-tale forest in a large sunlit clearing, which was strewn with various unusually beautiful flowers, and around various large and small animals. They danced around him and sang songs, and even the big bear was friendly. He smiled at Yegorka and tried to cheer him up with his fancy dances.

And on the other side sat some people he didn’t know. They spoke in an incomprehensible language, and even laughed terribly, pointing at him with their huge hairy hands.

The boy became scared, and he began to cry loudly and call his mother for help, but she did not respond. Then he stood up and ran, pushing away the kind, cheerful little animals with his hands. And they shouted after him that he should not rush, that the good fairy would come and help him. But Yegorka was a stubborn child, he always did the opposite. And then one little white bunny shouted.

Run, run, you'll have more fun here. “And the boy stopped immediately, but he was still scared.

He stood rooted to the spot, and bitter tears flowed down his cheeks. And then a beautiful sorceress appeared from somewhere. She began to calm the child down, stroked him on the head, offered to take bright balloons from her magic basket, treated him to sweets, but he still did not calm down and kept calling his mother for help. Then the fairy tells him.

I will let you go home, but remember, if you ever dare to disobey or do the opposite again, I will take you back. And then, I will turn you into some kind of animal, and you will live here forever, and no tears will help you! “And she clapped her hands three times, said some magic words, and the boy opened his eyes near the very door that he was strictly forbidden to approach.

And from then on, Yegorka was unrecognizable. He always obeyed his mother, helped her around the house, did his homework on time, and even washed his hands before eating without being asked. And he began to study better than anyone else, he began to have many friends who respected him very much and turned to him for help in difficult times, and he helped them with great joy.

This is where the fairy tale ends, whoever read it is a great fellow.

In the spring, three bunnies were born into a hare family. The mother hare chose a place for her home under a thorny bush and was worried about the safety of the children. Her babies were nimble and very curious from birth. She named them: Okh, Ai and Oi. All three were boys. “At least one daughter,” the hare often thought, looking at her noisy offspring. The bunnies quickly explored their house and became bored. They often asked their mother about what was there, behind the bush. Mom tried as best she could to scare them with scary stories about hunters, wolves, a cunning fox and evil dogs. But her words only encouraged the kids, because they considered themselves fearless heroes.
Time passed, the children grew up, and it was time to introduce them to the world around them. Mom brought them out of the shelter and ordered them to sit quietly in the thick grass, wait for her return, and she herself went in search of food. After a while, looking around, the bunnies became bolder.
- Oh, how boring! – Oh sighed.
- Ah! How I want to run! - said Ah.
- Oh, I'm afraid, I'm afraid! - Oi squeaked.
But curiosity got the better of me. Slowly the rogues, exploring the surroundings, began to wander off and soon got lost in the tall grass. They stopped seeing and hearing each other.
Evening came. Oh hid under the thick root of an old oak tree and lay still there, afraid to move. The terrible hooting sounds frightened him, and he quietly sighed: “Oh, oh, oh, how I want to go home to mommy!” Ah perched in the tall grass, next to a strange soft ball, from which there was warmth and an incomprehensible smell. Oh, he got tired of running and calling his mother and brothers and fell asleep under a thorn bush. The brothers spent the whole night in the forest, they were scared and uncomfortable without each other and without their mother. Suddenly, sleepy Okh heard a rustling sound near him. He wanted to run, but he pricked himself painfully on some thorns.
“Oh, oh,” he whined.
- How did you end up here, baby? And where is your mom? - asked the hedgehog, on whose prickly coat little Okh got injured, - don’t be afraid, I won’t hurt you! Yes, you are lost!
The little hare told her everything. After listening to his story, the hedgehog shook her head. She was also a mother, and her kids were also fidgety. Pulling out one of her needles, she stuck it in front of the bunny and said:
- If you move, it will sting!
And she went to look for the mother hare. Oh, he froze in front of the needle, he forgot to think about running away.
And what does the rogue Ah do? And what is this warm ball with a strange smell that he found himself near? It was the burrow of a field mouse. The mother mouse fed her cubs and put them to bed. After doing a little housework, she also lay down to rest. Suddenly, she heard someone quietly crying and trembling near her house. The mouse came out of the nest and saw the frightened little Akha.
- Oh, Aunt Mouse, help me, I'm lost!
The mouse felt sorry for the little hare, she took a thin blade of grass and tied it by the ear to a bush that grew nearby.
- Look, don’t move, otherwise you’ll become one-eared! - the mouse threatened and went in search of the hare. Ah, of course, he didn’t want to be one-eared and promised to behave well.
Near the thorn bush where Oy settled down for the night, there was a fox hole. The fox also had babies, three little foxes. Mother fox was just returning from an unsuccessful hunt for chickens in the village. The dogs rubbed her sides well there. Hungry, ragged and without prey, she returned to the children. The fox immediately smelled the hare. She approached the trembling bunny and tenderly asked what happened to him. Oh, I still didn’t know anything about the fox’s cunning and told her everything. The fox immediately realized that one little bunny would not be enough for her and the children, but if you catch two more brothers and a mother in addition, you can throw a nice feast. The cheat called her smartest little fox and ordered him to guard the bunny well and immediately went in search of the rest of the family.
The hare, not finding the children where she left her, was very upset, sensing something bad, and burst into tears. Her cry was heard by a hedgehog running past. She approached the inconsolable mother and said that one of her sons was now sitting near the root of an old oak tree. Together they went there. Oh saw his mother, but still sat quietly, so he believed in the magical power of the needle. The hedgehog pulled out her needle, and only then did the former deaf man rush to his mother.
Mother mouse heard the conversation between the hare and the hedgehog, but did not dare to approach them right away. The fact is that hedgehogs hunt mice, so she waited until the hedgehog left and approached the hares:
- I know where your son is Ah! “He sits near my hole and trembles with fear like an aspen leaf,” said the mouse.
- Dear mouse, take us there, please! - asked the hare.
- Of course, it's not far!
And now the mother and her two sons went together to look for baby Oy.
The experienced hare immediately sensed the approach of the fox and hid with the children in time. The fox, in anticipation of a wonderful dinner, ran and muttered: “Wow, how lucky, the little hare got lost right near my house! I’ll find my mother and his brothers, and the kids and I will have something to eat.” Following the smell, the mother of the rabbits went to the thorn bush. She approached the little fox who was guarding her son and, frozen with fear, told him:
- Your mother asked me to tell you to come and help her carry the spoils; it’s hard for her to carry two bunnies. And I’ll take care of this myself. Run faster, it’s not far here, along that path!
The little fox, although smart, was still very small and believed the hare. He rushed along the path to help his mother.
The hares, without wasting a minute, rushed home. There the mother fed the babies delicious warm milk and, happy, they fell asleep at her side.
Since then, the bunnies always obeyed their mother and did not upset her anymore. They grew up big and healthy. And when they had children of their own, who also loved to play pranks, the brothers told them about their nightly adventure in the forest and the restless ones immediately calmed down and became obedient children.

Once upon a time there lived a girl named Masha: her cheeks were round, her pigtails were spread wide, and her eyes were darts around, as if playing pranks. During the winter holidays, her father took her to the village to visit her grandmother and strictly ordered her not to go into the forest, because the wolves there were hungry in the winter. They will attack, tear you apart, only one cap will remain!

Father scared Masha and left for the city, didn’t even drink tea. Only Masha wasn’t too scared. She has never been to the village in winter, everything is a wonder to her, everything is fun. Grandma’s hut is made of logs, covered up to the windows with snow, it stands on a cliff above a river, and beyond the river there is a forest.

Masha and the kids are sledding, throwing snowballs, and you won’t be able to get her home before dark. And she’ll come, soaked through, throw her clothes around, steal candy without asking, catch the cat by the tail and start torturing her by dressing her in doll dresses. Poor Barsik, as soon as he envies Masha, immediately yells:

Damn! - and jump onto the closet out of harm’s way

But what’s strange is that no matter how mischievous Masha is, her grandmother doesn’t scold her, doesn’t threaten her with a broom - apparently she’s not in the mood for that. Grandma runs to the post office twice a day to answer the phone, but when she comes, she sits by the window and cries, wiping her tears with her apron. But he doesn’t tell his granddaughter what he’s crying about, where he’s calling.

And then one day Masha went to bed, but she couldn’t sleep. The moon is shining over the curtain - how can you sleep here? And Masha hears it like a knock. Lo and behold, outside the window a raven is chiseling the glass with its beak. Between the frames there is cotton wool for warmth and rowan for beauty, apparently, a stupid bird will covet the berries. He's about to break the glass - there's a beak, like daddy's metal scissors.

Masha took a broom, put her feet in felt boots, a hat on her head, her grandmother’s scarf on her shoulders - and galloped off to chase the crow into the yard. As soon as I swung my broom, the bird flew up and sat right on my hand. Masha closed her eyes. The crow spread its wings, darted to the gate - and back, with the wind blowing away from it. It’s as if it’s beckoning, calling you to follow you, like that seagull from daddy’s song.

Well, Masha threw the broom and went after the bird. He runs through the gate, along the path, through solid snow, without falling through. At that time it was frozen after the thaw, the crust was strong and held up well. It's just slippery.

Masha ran to the cliff, slipped, and fell head over heels. I didn’t hurt myself at all, although I scratched my face on the bushes and cut my hands on the crust while I was getting out of the snowdrift. And a crow rushes overhead, cawing, hurrying. Masha ran across a small river, only the ice crackled under her feet, and found herself in the forest. The trees are tall, dark, you can’t see anything. Masha follows the crow by hearing, following the crow's cawing. The branches of the scarf catch, as if someone were grabbing with their hands, with bony fingers. The wolves howled in the distance, the echo reflected from the cliff, as if they were howling not in the depths of the forest, but from all sides. Masha is scared, but she keeps going anyway, what a stubborn girl she is.

She stopped in a clearing. The moon shines as if it were day. In the middle of the clearing, two dolls are sitting on an ice crust. Masha took a closer look, and they were alive, real - albeit small, the size of a cat. The boy seems smaller and doesn’t move, his eyes are closed, his cheeks are pale, but the girl hugged him and is trembling.

Masha grabbed the doll men, put them in her bosom, tied the scarf tightly around them and ran back.

Well,” he shouts, “crow bird, where are you?” Know how to get it in, know how to get it out!

But the crow is neither seen nor heard. The only sounds in the forest were a girl’s cry from her bosom and a wolf’s howl in the distance. Masha remembered that the moon was on the left, turned so that it was shining on the right, and rushed off. Only bad luck - with the dolls it became heavier, the crust doesn’t hold, it breaks. Masha is floundering in the snow, every step she takes, she sinks knee-deep. One good thing is that it is not cold, but even hot. The doll girl under the scarf warmed up, became quiet, stopped crying, only groaned sometimes. But I can’t hear the boy. Masha thinks: can she stop, rub it with snow, blow it in her face? No, it’s better to go home quickly, otherwise the wolves are howling ever closer. Yes, it's better to go home quickly.

Masha reached the river, jumped over to the other side, the ice crackled, but survived. I’ve reached the precipice, but what next? There is a cliff twice as tall as a man; you can’t climb here even in the summer.

Masha looked around, and the wolves were already running across the river. What did your father say - only the cap will remain? And there will be nothing left of the little men; they, poor things, have no hats. Suddenly Masha hears what sounds like a cat meowing, and so loudly, as if through a school microphone.

Damn!

And grandma’s cat comes out from under the cliff. Yes, not the same as it was during the day, but the size of a large dog. Masha jumped on his back and grabbed his ears:

Well, Barsik, help me out!

And the wolves are very close, you can hear their paws scratching on the ice, their mouths breathing with a whistle.

The cat sat down on its paws, tensed up, and how it would jump! He flew up onto a cliff, just like at home on grandma’s closet. In two leaps he reached the hut, jumped over the gate, fell on his side - and became small again. One moment Masha was sitting on his back, and she was already floundering in the snow. She jumped up, ran into the house, slammed the door, threw the hook, luckily the cat didn’t yawn yet, he managed to sneak into the hallway. Otherwise I would have spent the night on the street.

It’s quiet in the hut, only grandma is snoring, the walkers are ticking and the machine’s heart is beating - quickly, quickly and much louder than the walkers. Masha took the dolls out of her bosom, and they were warm, flushed, their arms and legs were warm, their eyes were closed and asleep. Masha put them in her bed, lay down on the edge and fell asleep.

In the morning, grab and praise, but the doll men are gone, as if they never happened. And there is no grandmother. Only the cat is having breakfast by the stove and looks sideways at Masha: will there be a drag on the tail today - or will it work out that way?

Masha is sitting in bed, scratching the back of her head, thinking: did you really dream about running through the forest at night? No, I didn’t dream, there are fresh cuts on my hands.

And then there’s a knock-knock in the Sensi - grandma has returned from the post office, crying and laughing, laughing and crying. She didn’t take off her felt boots, she didn’t take off her fur coat, she grabbed Masha, pressed her and said:

Oh Mashenka, oh my joy, finally! Your mother gave birth to twins, you are now an older sister.

Boy and girl? - asks Masha.

Boy and girl!

Smaller boy? - asks Masha.

I don’t know if it was smaller or larger, but he scared us to death. As long as I live, I will pray for that doctor who pulled our boy out of the other world! - said the grandmother.

But Masha didn’t say anything to this. And Barsik the cat said:

Damn! - and jumped onto the closet, out of harm’s way.

Once upon a time there was a girl. A girl who was obedient.

Whatever her mother told her, the girl did. She would have done what her dad would have said, but the girl didn’t have a dad.

She was a very good girl, and her mother had a lot to love her for. Although her mother would have loved her even if the girl had not been very good (or even not good at all), because her mother had no one else to love.

But, we repeat, the girl was good. And she was obedient. Mom asked her to put away her toys - and the girl cleaned up. Mom asked to wash the dishes - and the girl did. Mom asked her to do her homework - and the girl did it.

It was not difficult for her, and she also really wanted to help her mother, because her mother had very, very little good in her life. That's what mom said. All that mother had that was good was the girl herself.

And the girl loved her mother and tried in every possible way to please her. Even when my mother asked me not to get involved with this or that guy, who, in my mother’s opinion, were bad. And although the girl did not think that these guys were bad, she obeyed her mother and did not get involved with bad guys.

Mom didn’t like any guys at all, and the girl completely stopped communicating with them. But mom didn’t like other girls either, and then our girl stopped communicating with her friends.

That's how they lived. The mother had a girl, and the girl had a mother. They loved each other very much.

But the mother was still unhappy, and the girl was unhappy because she could not make her mother happy.

That's how they lived, miserable. From trying to make someone else happy.

And then her mother died, and the girl was left completely alone. Now she couldn’t be obedient, and in general she didn’t know what to do, because she didn’t know how to do anything else.

Then the girl thought that she needed to give birth to a daughter. She will teach her how to be obedient. And she will certainly be happy. If only she is obedient. Like a girl. And like her mother. And like her mother’s mother (about whom her mother told the girl). And like my mother’s mother’s mother...

Once upon a time there was a girl, her name was Alena. She lived with her grandparents and never listened to anyone, but more than anything else, she didn’t like to sleep at night. Another night has come, Alyonka is sitting on a chair and playing with dolls, grandfather comes up to her and says:
- Alyonushka, dear, night has come, it’s time to go to bed.
- Nonsense! – the girl was indignant, “it’s not time at all!”
- Look out the window, it’s already completely dark.
- Well, so what, I don’t want to sleep!
- What do you want? – Grandmother clasped her hands.
“I want to go for a walk,” Alena stamped her foot and began to pull on her coat.
“You can’t go outside,” the grandmother answered her, but she didn’t listen to anyone and ran out of the house.
Alena ran for a long time until she suddenly noticed that she was lost. She got scared and cried. Suddenly a crooked old woman comes up to her and asks her in an unpleasant creaky voice:
- Why are you crying girl?
She answers her:
- I'm lost.
- What are you doing alone on the street so late?
- I went for a walk.
- You must be terribly naughty?
- But it’s not true, I’m obedient!
- And obedient girls don’t go out so late.
- You can see for yourself that they are walking! – Alena was offended.
- What’s your name?
- Alyona.
- And I’m Baba Yaga.
- Nonsense! Nonsense! – she shouted, “Baba Yaga does not exist, she is only in a fairy tale!”
- Do you want me to show you my fairy tale?
The girl didn’t even have time to blink an eye when Baba Yaga put her in her mortar and dragged her into her hut on chicken legs. They flew over the mountains, over fields, over dense forests and finally found themselves in front of Baba Yaga's house.
“Hut-hut,” said Baba Yaga, “turn your back to the forest, and turn your front to me.”
The hut turned around and they went inside.
- Sit here for now, girl, and I’ll go heat the bathhouse.
- When is the fairy tale?
- But in the bathhouse you will wash yourself, evaporate, then you will see, and my black cat will guard you so that you do not run away anywhere.
With these words, Baba Yaga left, the cat approached Alyonka and said:
- Girl, girl, do you know what Baba Yaga will do to you after she washes you in the bathhouse? He will catch it, fry it and eat it!
“Firstly,” Alena answers, “eating me is a bad idea, I’m thin and terribly tasty, and secondly, I won’t listen to you because cats don’t talk!”
- What if I show you something?
- Well, what can a talking cat show me? - the girl asked, crossing her arms over her chest.
- Look out the window and you will see everything for yourself.
Alyonka looked out the window and saw a whole mountain of bones, and the cat said to her again:
- These are the bones of those naughty children whom Baba Yaga once ate.
- What should I do now? - she got scared
- I would tell you, but you still wouldn’t listen.
- I’ll listen, I’ll listen! Kitty, dear, just help!
“Baba Yaga has a pot of sour cream in the basement, if you feed me, then I’ll tell you.”
The girl crawled into the underground, took out sour cream and gave it to the cat. He finished eating and began to explain:
- You see the path, run along it and don’t turn anywhere, if you turn, you’ll get lost and won’t find your way home. An evil owl will fly after you and scare you, don’t turn around, turn around, he will catch you and bring you back to Baba Yaga. Next there will be a river, you will sit on a boat and swim. Baba Yozhkina's younger sister lives in the Kikimora River and will pour water into your boat to drown you. Here's a bag of sand, throw a handful in her eyes, if you don't throw it, she will drown you, and you will remain forever in her swamp kingdom. Further on there will be meadows, as soon as you get tired, a bay horse will run up to you and offer you a ride, you politely refuse and move on because this horse is a servant of the Koshcheevs. As soon as you sit on it, it will take you to Koshchei the Immortal for fun, and you will not get out of there. Well, everyone go, and remember, you need to return home before dawn, if you disobey even once, you will not see either home or grandparents.
Alyonka ran out into the street and rushed along the path as best she could. Baba Yaga returned, missed, - no Alyonka.
- Where is the girl?! – she screamed and, grabbing the cat by the scruff of the neck, began to shake him, “Oh, you corrupt little soul, you opened the door for a pot of sour cream?!” But it’s okay, she won’t get far!
She called the owl and told him to catch up with the girl, catch her and bring her back. The eagle owl flew after Alyonka, caught up, flapped its wings over her head, and was about to grab her. Alyonka became scared, she really wanted to disobey the cat and see how far away the owl was, but Alyonka had no time to turn her head around, and she did not look back. So the owl flew after her until the forest ended, and returned back with nothing. Baba Yaga got angry and stamped her feet.
“But it’s okay,” he says, “there’s a river there, my sister Kikimora will quickly catch it and drag it to the bottom!”
The girl ran to the river, got into the boat and swam away. Immediately the green monster Kikimora emerged and began filling the boat with water so that it would sink. Alena got scared and covered her face with her hands, and the water in the boat was getting more and more, then she remembered about the bag of sand, took a handful, and threw it into Kikimore’s eyes. The monster screamed and began to clear her eyes and pick out the sand. Meanwhile, Alyonka quickly scooped up all the water from the boat and swam quickly to the shore. Yaga stamped her feet again:
- And then you got out of it?! Well, okay, okay! The road is long, you get tired of walking, then Koshcheev’s horse will come to you!
Alyonka came ashore and moved on. She walked for a long time, or for a short time, but she was very tired, exhausted, her legs began to give way. Suddenly a bay horse runs up to her and says to her in a human voice:
- Ride me, girl, I’ll take you home.
She really wanted to climb on the stallion and ride home, but she remembered the order and answered:
- Yes, of course! I’ll sit on you, and you’ll take me to Koshchei! No, thank you, I’ll get there somehow myself.
- Look at your feet, everything has been erased, and there’s still, oh, so little time left before dawn, you won’t have time, but I’d get you there quickly.
Alyonka had no strength left, she was already about to get on the horse, but she was very afraid to fall into Koshchei’s hands and not see her native house. She then took off her uncomfortable sandals and, waving her hand, shouted:
- I have no time to talk to you here, it’s time for me to run home! Don't worry, I'll make it in time! I'll definitely make it before dawn!
Alyonka is running, in a hurry, and the sky is getting brighter and brighter, the sun is about to come out from behind the mountain. She ran even faster. The first rays have appeared and Alyonka’s eyes are blinding.
“I didn’t have time, I didn’t have time,” she muttered, and suddenly heard her grandmother’s voice.
-Where did you miss, granddaughter? Well, wake up quickly and look at the day outside the window.
Then Alyonka woke up.
“Grandma,” the girl exclaimed joyfully and rushed to hug her grandmother, “it’s so good that you’re here!”
- Alyonka, yes, what’s wrong with you?
- Grandma, I understand everything! Now I will always, always obey!
Since then, Alyonushka has become the most obedient girl.
